distributed attack

Hi. Looking to submit a form over 30 times to a site. Normally would block you after 4 attempts. In order to successfully submit more than 4 times, am I looking at an antidetect browser and socks 5 residential proxies? Or is there another type of app like bruteforce or distributed attack bots?
