5 Ways To Secure Wireless Network
Wireless (wireless) network has now become a comfort in our homes. We can connect to any corner of the home without the need for any network cable. We can connect from 1 to some computers or phones with Wireless.
But from our Wireless network can also connect the roadmates or passersby if we do not secure it and can get into our computer causing problems or stealing important data.
The ways to enter the Wireless network are different but there are many ways to do it as safely as possible.
1. Set filter for MAC address

Each network card has a unique hexadecimal number that identifies it. This number is called MAC (it has nothing to do with Apple computers) and from our router panel we can place filters over MAC addresses that can connect to the network!
2.Disativo SSID Broadcasting
SSID or Service Set Identifier is the name you put your Wireless network! If you have not changed it, it may be the router name plus some numbers.
You can make the name of the invisible Wireless, removing the visibility from the control panel of your router. Note that there are tools and invisible networks, so do not leave it invisible and without password.
3. Use WPA2 Security
Set at least one WPA2 encryption. If you are defending your network with a WEP encryption, you are advised to modify it immediately, as the way to insert it into your computer is simple!
4. Use a complicated password
I believe it's time to set your cat's password as your password! The password for network encryption must be as secure and with different characters! You do not need to write every time you connect to the wireless network, the computer can keep the password and connect automatically to other times. I say this because you can think it's hard to keep up.
I would advise you to open Notepad and close your eyes by typing in the keypad. Copy what you wrote on a sheet and keep a safe place.
5. Fix the Fiber / Use Guest Network
If you are away on vacation, do not forget to turn off the wireless network! This advice applies to periods you do not use. Some wireless handsets can turn off leaving the router switched on.
It is also possible to create a guest network for your friends. This way they can connect to your network when you are studying together and without having to show your password.
