1. Choose an order to refund ($1-$450) Not More Than 1 Month

3. Go to live chat
4. Say that you're confused because you never received a package
5. If they ask questions act retarded and confused e.g

6. If they seem like they don't believe you open another chat and make sure they're not stubborn
7. Then, walla they ask you a few questions and they say "Yes Sir/Maam, we will issue a full refund"
