I have a password I need to cracked but it's hashed and salted

PW: d8c29c477c0a126467dcf5519ea86402836c259f
SALT: 5065dc5ff10caffc2a462accda3a9d71891ed45d

I don't need anyone to do it (if possible) unless you want to, but I like to know the general idea on how to do it.
