I have an email account and amazon account. This account currently has 3 visa cards, however one card has expired. There is a problem for me, that is, I am in a country not in the states that can order at the Amazon website. I also can not buy gift cards by email, which is because when ordering gift cards, the Amazon system requires authentication of Visa card number, I am completely helpless with this authentication.
