okay so frist you gonna need paid Vpn(Like ExpressVpn or something like that, easy to get) to change ip to usa, then you will make new ps account.
When you made ps account go to https://web2.chknet.eu and put any nickname you like and dont change anything
Now go to #unix tab and wait for some to drop full card like street and everything else and then go to psn payment method and add that card(you maybe dont succeded on frist time just wait for another card). Lastly go to psn store and take ps plus 14 days trial and you have ps plus
