REQUEST How to make psd templates

I'm wondering if anybody knows of a course or tut on making my own editable psds with layers? I'm trying to edit a specific bank statement that I can't seem to find anywhere. And I NEED it to look exactly like this one. Ive looked through and downloaded a bunch of photoshop courses on here but cant seem to find the part on how to do it. I have a good document "Dr." that can take care of it for me this time but I would really rather learn how to do it myself for the future.
