My college blocked almost 95% of website even youtube, they blocked proxy, Vpn. So we couldn't able to get any benefit from their wifi, they are providing only for name ' we are providing wi-fi'. so after i came to this site i found the setup vpn, thats was work for last couple of week, but today they block that also. so i'm ran of ideas to unblock this, (I'm not a much tech Guy). so, if there is anyone who could help this problem, pliz kindly share either private message or.... and that would be very thankful.
