Is there something like a course Learn to make tools ??

Hey guys I want to make my own tools and I have my reasons for that , I have some experience but not enough and i just want to know if there is a course or something like that for this ...the main reason is the shit load of tools that has a virus ,...and I want to give people a better experience with tools , we all take our risks en this is slowing down a lot of learn proces ,is my opinion , I will never ask money for a thing in the future, i just need some advice, so we can all enjoy things more and more ..thanks guys
