My antivirus detects harmful files in Linkvertise downloads

I realize this may be bothersome or tedious for moderators to address. My apologies in advance.

Hello. I am relatively new here. I have been accessing certain leaks, the majority of the leaks are from MEGA. But when I have to access Linkvertise and it does not redirect to MEGA I usually struggle. It usually boils down to downloading a folder or zip file from Linkvertise download manager.
The files looks like this
Winrar .zip or name_of_desired_item.exe file

But I'm a bit hesitant about running any files from unknown sources even if they are of links I clicked. Also my antivirus deletes the file before I can run any applications.
Othertimes the website might redirect me to another site that then redirect me BACK again to linkvertise and I still get the same scenario as before.

I have less issues with MEGA downloads. What should I do?
Thanks.

Hello. The website Linkvertise to get to MEGA Links isn't harmful but the download .exe files from Linkvertise IS Malicious, DO NOT open them.

Open links in your Android or iPhone device if possible. And don't download the prompted apps or links, just wait a bit and the links will open on their own.

Thank you. Suppose I may have tried to open one of the .exe files. Kaspersky deleted them before the file could run. Am I screwed?

Can't i use a pc?

(Update on this situation)
I continue to have no success with 80% of the links that are not direct links to Mega.
For some reason that escapes me, uploaders who share through platforms like pastelink, rentry, or other sites will upload content through a link, which redirects me to a new place then another link and another etc.
Sometimes EVEN though I see Mega, which I've had the least amount of struggles with, I still sometimes get an automatic download of a zip file which I'm CERTAINLY NOT GOING TO RUN. I don't know what to do.
I never struggled so much downloading stuff. I have not managed to download anything from the likes of some of the staff and mods and stuff, and they are people who upload consistently. I get that some stuff gets taken down but I never reach the content itself (except with that pilapila).
I'm not criticizing, just confused.

If the link says any work, just click on the work and sit idle for a minute, the link opens on its own.

I'd recommend downloading Virtualbox, then installing, then downloading an iso image to set up a Virtual Machine, learning to use Linux, and accessing the forum in the VM

Debian is best linux flavor for starter, get used to using command line, configure IPTables
