Prob dumb mega question - transfer quota

I read the info online but something isn't adding up. I have a Pro 1 plan that allows 24TB of Transfer, does that mean I can download 24TB in that month?

BTW, I have purchased from pay.mobi many times but lately, the vouchers don't work. I also have a year plan on a different but those vouchers are not working.

Just sharing info. Their support emails are bouncing back yesterday and today.
