Linkvertise premium problem

Hi,
I made an account on LinkVertise using your referral.
Upon payment, it said there was an error.. it then took the payment (I see it gone in my app) but I cannot login.. can anyone point me somewhere where I can get this looked at ?? this means since I cannot login I might not be able to even cancel the sub in the future? lol.. seems like a big problem..
