No password retrieval email sent

wrote down my login but it doesn’t work next day. Tried sending retrieval email by clicking “forgot password” but it never reached my email I registered with. Had to create brand new account wit no credits just to notify fssquad.

I had the same problem except i just forgot my username but was using email to log in tried to reset password but never got the email

I have the same problem. Just created account but password nor retrieval are working
